While looking at the latest Spring 2012 runway shows there is one accessory that has been seen throughout many of the designers shows...the cross necklace. Here we see more chunky crosses layered with this hottest accessory of this season, the choker/collar necklace.

Here are some pictures that we took while on our vaction.  We visited so many wonderful places while we where there and the pictures turned out fabulous. Somewhere in the middle of all of the sight seeing we made time to go shopping...

Red Pants

One of the biggest trends I saw while walking all over Paris was red skinny pants. People wore them with neutral tops that were white, black, gray or striped. And they often paired the look with a leather jacket or blazer and a scarf.

Fall Shopping

I did a little fall shopping today for my trip to Paris next week and boy did I have fun!! Excited for fall I got some cute black flat boots, a burnt orange blazer, a couple collar necklaces and a few blouses. I'm ready to leave now! While I wish I had a money tree so I could have bought a lot more, unfortunately I don't.  Here are some great things for fall that I found a long the way today...I want them all!

I'm Baaaaack!

So I just got back from a little vacation with my friends and am re inspired to blog after my little hiatus. While being gone I have seen so many trends coming for fall that I can't wait to share. I have been reading all of the September issues...it's like Christmas in September. Today I will start with the collar necklace.  This is a strong and glamorous look.  I can't wait for fall!!

Italian girl - Giada de Laurentiis

I know this doesn't have to do with fashion but I like to share some great food ideas from time to time as well!  Check out Giada de laurentiis' new revamped website here.

I made this fun little pizza appetizer for my girls night last weekend. Thanks to Giada, it was a hit!

All you need to make this is:

-Pizza crust

-Gorgonzola cheese

-Cherry Tomatoes

-Some greens

Just pop it in the oven for 10 minutes and you get a great snack to share!  I added some pepper flakes for some kick since I love spice. She uses a cookie cutter to make small circle pizzas but I just stuck to squares.

Burgundy-Red Beauty

After being in search of clothes this color last year and not being able to find a thing, I am happy to say burgundy has arrived for fall 2011.  I love this deep wine color and how it looks great on many skin tones.  I have seen this shade in all types of apparel and accessories for fall.  Try out the leather look and hit two trends in one.
