Spring 2012 Accessory Alert

While looking at the latest Spring 2012 runway shows there is one accessory that has been seen throughout many of the designers shows...the cross necklace. Here we see more chunky crosses layered with this hottest accessory of this season, the choker/collar necklace.

I'm Baaaaack!

So I just got back from a little vacation with my friends and am re inspired to blog after my little hiatus. While being gone I have seen so many trends coming for fall that I can't wait to share. I have been reading all of the September issues...it's like Christmas in September. Today I will start with the collar necklace.  This is a strong and glamorous look.  I can't wait for fall!!

Last weekend I was shopping at a little boutique by my apartment called OPM.  They have great designer clothing and accessories.  I have been looking for more rose gold jewelry now that I have my rose gold Michael Kors watch that I loooove. When shopping there I spotted a great rose gold arrow necklace that I had to have.  It is fun but simple enough to wear all the time.  After making this purchase I am now seeing arrow jewelry everywhere so I thought I would share!

Loafers

After looking at the upcoming fall trends I see loafers are still is style but this time around with a heel.  The chunky heel adds a feminine twist to this men's wear trend.  This shoe would look good with both skinnies or trousers.  It's hard to think about fall when we have barely reached summer but it is fun to look at the new trends for next season.



Sunglasses

I FINALLY got my new sunglasses in the mail over the weekend. Boy, was it a great time to get them because it was beautiful and sunny here in Minneapolis this weekend. If you remember my past post about my love for the House of Harlow cat-eye sunglasses, you know am an a happy camper!  They are definitely BIG, BOLD and FABULOUS and may scare my family a little but I like them! So I thought I would show you just how bold they are...haha

Lucky for me fringe is still in style so I can rock the bohemian, hippie, native American look.  You can find fringe clutches and purses everywhere from target to Neiman Marcus depending on your budget.  If it could just stay nice here for longer than a day I could actually  bring out my spring attire.

Safety Pin Jewelry

Since I work with jewelry all day, every day, I am constantly looking for the latest jewelry trends to send to my vendors.  In the last few weeks I keep finding this new trend of safety pin jewelery from many designers.  Who would have through it would be a new fad to wear a safety pin on your finger or around your neck?!
