Gray and Chartreuse

Neutrals with a pop on neon is common trend this summer.  Here we are seeing gray a chartreuse with nude accessories.

This color combo was also seen on the Armani men's spring 2011 runway.




You can also try the neutral and neon color duo for home decoration to spice up you life this summer.

Waste Land

I know I am very behind on this but I saw the Waste Land documentary over the weekend from 2010.  I know this doesn't have to do with fashion but the art is amazing.  It was just that good I thought it deserved a blog post.  I rented it on iTunes for $ 3.99.  Check it out!  It is really incredible and inspiring.

Kate Middleton-The Dutchess of Cambridge

I thought Kate looked beautiful.  I love the lace sleeves and bodice of this Sara Burton for Alexandar McQueen dress.  Pippa also look great in her dress by the same designer.

First of all I LOVE this book.  It is definitely one of my favorites!  I am so excited for this movie to come out!! I found a few pictures showing their amazing costumes.  I love the clothing and hair styles from this time period.  Can't Wait, Can't Wait, Can't Wait!!

Best Dressed at ACMs

I am not that impressed by the dress choices at tonights ACMs.  Jennifer Nettles was by far the best dressed I think.  I love the back of her dress.  I learned about Doo.Ri when I was in one of my fashion classes.  We watched a video about her as one of the finalists for the Vogue/Council of Fashion Designers of America Fund Award.  She started making her designs in the basement of her parents dry cleaning business.
