Rachel Zoe's New Line

Rachel Zoe's new fall line is now available at Neiman Marcus. I looked through it today and there are a lof of cute things!! In the spirit of Ms. Zoe is it BA-NA-NAS! You can check it out here in the Neiman Marcus website.  She has apparel, shoes and handbags in her collection.

Color Blocking

We are seeing color blocking all over this summer.  One of the recent looks is orange and purple color blocking outfits.  This look was seen on the Gucci runway. I have not tried this look yet....but who says I won't!

Louis Vuitton - Core Values Campaign - Angelina Jolie

The Ad was shot in the Cambodian setting with a mother earth vibe. Jolie, actress and UN Goodwill Ambassador, wore natural makeup and her own clothes while sporting her vintage Louis Vuitton bag on her shoulder.  Angelina makes time in between making all those movies and her children to be an advocate for Cambodia on the international stage.
The "Core Values" ads, set to run for 18 months, will feature other celeb-humanitarians such as Bono.

Waste Land

I know I am very behind on this but I saw the Waste Land documentary over the weekend from 2010.  I know this doesn't have to do with fashion but the art is amazing.  It was just that good I thought it deserved a blog post.  I rented it on iTunes for $ 3.99.  Check it out!  It is really incredible and inspiring.

Leather

Sorry for my long break from blogging.  I have been having some major computer issues! Back to fashion, I have been seeing a lot of leather pants, skirts, shorts and more popping up everywhere.  Here are some of the looks I thought I would share. Do you think you could sport leather in the summer?! Maybe the shorts is where I would start...

Loafers

After looking at the upcoming fall trends I see loafers are still is style but this time around with a heel.  The chunky heel adds a feminine twist to this men's wear trend.  This shoe would look good with both skinnies or trousers.  It's hard to think about fall when we have barely reached summer but it is fun to look at the new trends for next season.



Sunglasses

I FINALLY got my new sunglasses in the mail over the weekend. Boy, was it a great time to get them because it was beautiful and sunny here in Minneapolis this weekend. If you remember my past post about my love for the House of Harlow cat-eye sunglasses, you know am an a happy camper!  They are definitely BIG, BOLD and FABULOUS and may scare my family a little but I like them! So I thought I would show you just how bold they are...haha
