A Stylish Resolution

We all know that the number one new year's resolution is to lose weight and get that body you have always wanted.  Well this year you can do it and do it in style!  No matter what your work out of choice is there are some great outfits to wear while doing them.  Looking good while working out will give you the confidence you need to get out there and accomplish your goals.  My perfect day would be waking up and doing the Tracy Anderson Mat video and dance cardio.  I wish they would open one of her gyms here!!  Followed by a strawberry banana protein shake and off to another busy day.  Well this does sound nice, it is definitely easier said than done.  My goal is to do this at least 3 days a week.

Adidas by Stella McCartney's ability to blend functional sportswear and laidback style has been a fabulous hit with active fashionistas everywhere. The British designer joined forces with Adidas in 2004 to design performance collections. There is running, yoga, tennis, dance and winter sportswear.  This team has the chicest sportswear around. Easy Protein Shake:

- 1-2 scoops protein powder (ex. Biochem Sports- 100% Whey Protein Vanilla)
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 -1 Banana
-1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Ice
